Item variability
Please note all of my work is handmade and there will be slight variations in shapes, glaze colour and patterns but all within a theme. I encourage the slight unpredictability and fluctuations and delight in mismatched sets. Each piece is unique.
Delivery
I can deliver for free by bike within 2 miles of BS5.
I can post UK wide. Standard P&P is £4.50 and is via the courier service Evri. Delivery should take 1-2 weeks. If you are in a rush, please email me and I’ll see what I can do.
I am afraid I cant deliver outside the UK.
Returns and refunds
I’m a small business and I can only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If there is a problem with your item do get in touch.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live and what I have in stock, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
