In The Harbour Handmade Stoneware Mug

Description

What do you see? Tall masts where the sea meets sky? This mug has a cold blue tone. Perfect for a large cup of tea or coffee. Grey blue glaze inside and on the exterior top third overlapping with a thinner dark blue glaze on the outside.  Wax resist leaves the white clay showing through. These mugs are made of a white stoneware clay which is visible on and around the base.

Single fired to save energy.

My mugs are roughly 8 cm tall, 9 cm diameter and 350ml capacity but please note all of my work is handmade and there will be slight variations in size, shapes, glaze colour and patterns but all within a theme. I encourage the slight unpredictability and fluctuations and delight in mismatched sets. Each piece is unique.
